Dr. Ronald L. Wasserstein Spoke at Purdue, West Lafayette campus

The Advanced Methods at Purdue (AMAP) group hosted Dr. Ronald L. Wasserstein, executive director of the American Statistical Association (ASA) on Friday, January 24, at 3:00 p.m. in Fowler Hall. Dr. Wasserstein discussed the controversial concept of "statistical signficance" in his presentation, followed by an audience Q&A and panel discussion with Wasserstein and faculty members of AMAP.
