Roland Thorpe Appointed to Federal Advisory Committee on Minority Health

Purdue Statistics alumnus Dr. Roland Thorpe, Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins University's Bloomberg School of Public Health, was recently appointed to the Advisory Committee on Minority Health at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). As a member of that committee, Dr. Thorpe will help advise the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Minority Health on issues affecting the health and well-being of minorities.
