9th International Purdue Symposium on Statistics and Celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Department of Statistics
Data Revolution: Opportunities and Challenges for Statistics
The International Purdue Symposium on Statistics is a venerable tradition, an event that has been held every five years at Purdue since the late 1960s (started by Professor Shanti Gupta), in an effort to further the development of the field of Statistics. The theme of the 9th International Purdue Symposium on Statistics was "Data Revolution: Opportunities and Challenges for Statistics."
The 2018 Purdue Symposium included one day of workshops on June 5, three days of sessions and plenary talks, June 6-8, and a variety of social activities.
