Emergency Procedures

1/4/2008

The instructional mission of the university would be impacted in any emergency situation, whether it is a severe winter storm, a tornado, a utilities grid failure or pandemic influenza. In some scenarios, the situation could even be complicated by an extended suspension of classes, and potentially, even the shortening of a semester.

Therefore, in the event of a major campus emergency, course requirements, deadlines and grading percentages are subject to changes that may be necessitated by a revised semester calendar or other circumstances. Here are ways to get information about changes in this course: course's web page, WebCT Vista web page, my email address: wangxiao@purdue.edu, and my office phone: 496-7574.
