Liang and Song Win Youden Prize

Professor Faming Liang and Assistant Professor Qifan Song won the 2017 Youden Prize for Best Expository Paper for their paper  “A Bootstrap Metropolis—Hastings Algorithm for Bayesian Analysis of Big Data” (Liang, Kim and Song, Technometrics, 2016). The award will be officially presented at the Fall Technical Conference (FTC), October 4-6, 2017 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
