Professor Stanley Chan Wins Best Paper Award at IEEE International Conference

Congratulations Professor Stanley Chan for winning the Best Paper Award at the IEEE International Conference on Image Processing (ICIP) 2016. ICIP is the largest image processing conference in IEEE and there were 2000+ submissions this year. Professor Chan holds a joint appointment between ECE and STAT.
