Abstract

A translational bioinformatics spectrum will be introduced for the drug interaction research. We will describe computational biology and medical informatics approaches that can predict drug interaction signals from published literatures, electronic medical records, and public genomics databases. In addition, various molecular biology mechanisms are investigated for the drug interaction signals.
