Used rafODE.m as file for ODE equations (gives coefficients).
rafODE2.m is the Matlab file containing the same coefficients as theta
in the simulations (but gave wonky results, so made all of the entries
less than or equal to 1).

theta is the matrix for first-order interactions.
theta2 is the matrix for second-order interactions.
