Abstract

This talk is a continual of the work presented on January 29, 2002 by Dr. Veena where a combination of suppressive subtractive hybridization and macroarray technologies were used to identify plant genes that are differentially regulated during the initial stages of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. These data were analyzed using both cluster analysis to describe the common expression profiles, and a linear model approach to statistically test for differential expression. The statistical approaches used to analyze these data will be presented, and the results of this work interpreted.
