Abstract

The goal of expression quantitative trait (eQTL) mapping is to identify loci, in this case in the human genome, that have demonstrated linkage or association with the expression of a gene as measured from microarray hybridization experiments. The identified loci may might lend important information about the regulatory factors of the given gene under study. In this talk, I will discuss co-regulation and inter-regulation patterns identified via similar strategies.
