The SIMCORE Software Package

This software implements the Argos algorithm for SImulating the COalescent with REcombination.

This web site provides access to the SIMCORE software. This software is made available under the GNU Lesser General Public License.

The current version is for Unix and Windows command line interface only, but a Windows graphical interface is under development.

Here is a gzipped tarfile of the source code: Simcore0-1.tar.gz. Download the file, and unpack it using

gzcat Simcore0-1.tar.gz | tar xpf -

Then follow the installation instructions.
