Some Applications of the Prior Bayes Approach
Abstract
It is not always easy to come up with reasonable priors or likelihood functions for statistical problems, and the posteriors may be hard to calculate or simulate as well.
In this presentation, I will use a few examples to show how to avoid some of the difficulties to get robust results through the prior Bayes approach proposed by Prof. Herman Rubin.
Pizza and drinks will be provided.
