Who are the instructors for the training program?

Primary instructors: James Fleet, Wanqing Liu, Pete Pascuzzi, Min Zhang

Who can apply for the training program?

Clinicians, physician scientists, and biomedical researchers who are inexperienced in biomedical big data science can apply for the training program.

Are there any prerequisites to attend the training program?

One semester statistics course or equivalent. 

What are the required application materials?

To apply to the online workshop, applicants must complete the online application. It calls for applicants to provide personal information, a summary of education background, a research statement (at most 2000 characters), a CV in the NIH format, and completion of a questionnaire which helps us assess your statistical/computing skills.

What do I need to prepare for the training program?

You need to go through the pre-course materials as preparation for the training program.

Can I obtain a Certificate of Completion for the training program?

Yes, we will provide a Certificate of Completion to participants who complete at least 70% of the homework at the end of the education program.
