Calculus and Science Requirements
Both Statistics options require one of
the sequences of calculus courses
ending with MATH
26100,
17400,
18200, or
27100. The Mathematics Department has an effective
system for placing entering students in the proper
calculus course. Some students test out of one or more
semesters of calculus and receive credit for these
courses. The College of Science Bulletin describes the
College's other general requirements, which apply to all
students.
